What is ASIDEES?

The Association for Sustainable Innovative Development in Economics, Environment and Society (AIDEES) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) established in Vienna, Austria on 7.01.2009 under registration number ZVR – Zahl 248971408.

ASIDEES is made for collaborating in projects improving the way we live. It provides legal international framework to address the relevant issues by those who are involved, interested and want to cope with challenges having the deep knowledge of the issues and expertise. Alternatively allows those who share these values to help in its achievement by contributing financially.
ASIDEES would plan gradually increase attractiveness of its activities to and involvement of young generations in different countries into finding solutions of local problems of global value.

The ASIDEES activities may include projects and initiatives by its members as follows:
•    Initiating and preparing commonly agreed project proposals for grants or funding
•    Implementing the accepted projects
•    Training, consulting and educational activities
•    Evaluating the results, outlining achievements and shaping out new ideas

What are the business modalities?

The partnership modalities are flexible and could include for example as follows:

•    Implementation of specific projects in collaboration with partners and donors (research, development, prototyping, applications, case studies)

•    Running training / educational programmes for target customer groups

•    Preparing and implementing industrial modernization programmes in collaboration with national and international partners

The Association welcomes individuals and organizations who know the problem areas, willing and capable to address them. The proposals may have local insight and knowledge of national scientific, industrial and economic development priorities.

How I can use ASIDEES for my implementation of my ideas how to improve the world?

One can apply for membership at ASIDEES when a particular idea appears, then promote and implement it as ASIDEES member. The project and proposal for funding formulation are prepared accordingly to the actual local conditions by the authors under advice and receive support of key ASIDESS specialists.
Formal framework of collaboration in project implementation may include as follows:
•    Application for project funding
•    Subcontracting of implementing agencies or individuals for the project implementation

If I want to promote and participate in the local project funded by multilateral agency how I get paid?

•    The fees for your work are paid upon the availability of the funds which are received for the project you propose or promote and accordingly to the project implementation plan and its milestones. The modality of payment is monthly salary and coverage of some additional costs accordingly to the approved project content and legal framework.
•    The total amount which you plan to receive for making particular project is divided by the number of months required for the implementation. It helps to satisfy some restrictions for maximum monthly salary payments.
•    The payments can cover all components of the projects including salaries, equipment, training materials, transportation costs, etc. accordingly the general regulations of such activities existing in the European Union.
•    The payments covering these services are made by ASIDEES directly from Austria accordingly to Contracts between ASIDEES and legal entities (associations, companies or private persons) working in countries. It provides additional options for business partners in countries to identify develop and establish funding for relevant upgrading, training, consulting and innovation projects and programmes.
